3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
accept, confirm and fulfil orders;
prepare and personalise products according to your instructions;
process payments, advance payments and eligible refunds;
arrange shipping and provide delivery updates;
respond to questions and resolve complaints;
assess returns, replacements and warranty claims;
maintain accounts, invoices and business records;
detect fraud, prevent misuse and protect the website;
understand website performance and improve our products and services;
collect and display reviews submitted for publication;
evaluate and manage collaborations;
send promotional communications where permitted and, where required, with your consent; and
meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We process information with consent where required and on other grounds permitted by applicable law. If we need to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide any required notice and obtain consent where necessary.
4. Personalisation files and customer content
Personalisation details and uploaded content are used to prepare, check and fulfil your order and to address related support requests. Relevant information may be accessible to staff and service providers involved in those tasks.
Submitting personalisation content does not transfer ownership of that content to us. You grant us the permission needed to use it for your order, related support and the purposes described in this policy. We do not use customer personalisation content in public marketing unless you give separate permission.
Please do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights, contains unlawful material or includes sensitive information that is not necessary for the product.
5. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
SHOPLINE and infrastructure providers that host the storefront, checkout, customer accounts, order records and security functions;
payment providers that process payments and refunds;
delivery providers that fulfil and track orders;
communication and support providers that help us send order messages and respond to enquiries;
professional advisers, auditors and insurers where reasonably necessary;
authorities or other parties where required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to investigate fraud or misuse; and
a successor or buyer in connection with a genuine reorganisation or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their task and are expected to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
6. International processing
SHOPLINE, payment, delivery and communication providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other safeguards for cross-border processing and provide information about those safeguards on request.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for the storefront, cart, checkout, customer accounts, security and order processing. We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this store.
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will provide the required notice and consent controls before using them. You can also control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working.
8. Marketing communications
We may send promotional messages only where permitted by applicable law and, where consent is required, after you opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting us.
We may still send necessary service messages about an order, payment, delivery, return or support request. An opt-out from marketing does not stop those service messages.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, providing support, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and the applicable legal, accounting and operational requirements. When information is no longer needed and retention is not legally required, we delete it, anonymise it or arrange its removal through the relevant provider. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Please protect access to your email and customer account. If you believe your information or order has been accessed without authorisation, contact JuliettaOlano@gmail.com promptly. Where a personal-data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will provide the required notifications.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to information about our processing, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or grievance redressal.
Contact JuliettaOlano@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request – [Your Request Type]. Please provide enough information to identify the relevant account, order or interaction. We may reasonably verify your identity before acting on a request. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them securely.
Withdrawal of consent applies to processing that depends on that consent. It does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or require us to delete records we must legally retain. If information necessary to prepare or deliver an order is withdrawn or deleted, we may be unable to provide the affected service; we will explain the consequences and available options.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request completely.
12. Children’s information
The store is intended for purchases by adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information directly. An adult may purchase a gift for a child and provide limited personalisation or delivery information where authorised to do so.
If you believe a child has submitted information without the necessary authorisation, contact JuliettaOlano@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Third-party websites and platforms
Our website may link to payment services, social media platforms or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing information directly to them.
